The Cairns Regional Gallery is one of Australia’s most innovative regional galleries distinguished by its unique Pacific–rim identity and a commitment to promoting the visual art of Far North Queensland.
The Gallery presents a diverse, challenging and stimulating exhibitions program featuring works by local, national and international artists complemented by a stimulating program of workshops, lectures and special events.
Through the Community Exhibitions Program, Cairns Regional Gallery profiles the work of artists and organisations throughout Far North Queensland

The Cairns Regional Gallery is located at the corner of Abbott and Shields Streets, Cairns. Adjacent street parking is available.
ADMISSION
Admission to the Gallery is $5.00 per person. Friends of Cairns Regional Gallery, and children under 16, are admitted free.
DONATIONS
Cairns Regional Gallery is on the National Register of Cultural Organisations and is registered as a Deductible Recipient. All donations over $2.00 are tax exempt and the valuable support of our donors helps us continue our unique work.
